Conflict Minerals Trade Act – Ethics Policy

It’s important to know that Israel Special Metals LTD. closely follows the United Nations Human Rights Counsel to make sure our materials are without any conflict. We strongly prohibit the sales or conflict material for the use of benefiting any terrorist organization anywhere in the world.

As a company, we condemn the abuse of anyone, and we work hard to make sure materials are always purchased from only verifiable sources, adhering to the specific regulations set forth by the United Nations Human Rights Counsel.

To enforce our conflict-free materials rules and regulations, we use several methods including Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), Global e-Sustainability Initiative (GeSI), and Tantalum-Niobium International Study Center (TIC).

Israel Special Metals LTD. has the right to refuse business with anyone found to have conducted human right violations, or had conducted business with other individuals who violated human rights.

It is our ultimate goal to take extra measures to ensure every person involved from step one is safe and healthy until we deliver the final material to our clients. We’ll continue to adhere to the international standards of human rights, and we’ll uphold everyone we do business with to the same standard.
